Ingredients
- Lasagna noodles
- Ground beef or sausage
- Tomato sauce
- Ricotta cheese
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Onion and garlic
- Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning
Steps
- Boil the lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, cook ground meat with chopped onion and garlic. Add tomato sauce and seasonings.
- Layer a baking dish with sauce, noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, and repeat.
- Top with a generous amount of mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 30–40 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
